QuikFlex 2100G4

The QuikFlex 2100G4 is a high‑speed multipack machine for packing beverage cans and glass or PET bottles into fully enclosed paperboard cartons, It delivers a top speed of 500 packs per minute, making it the fastest running packaging machine in our portfolio.

This is the latest generation of QuikFlex technology and is our most efficient fully enclosed packaging machine thanks to several advanced technological developments that include tool-free automatic changeovers and the ability to incorporate robotic carton loading.

With support for 4- to 30-pack configurations, the QuikFlex 2100G4 delivers greater carton design freedom, enabling faster, simpler changeovers, and eliminating the need to plan pack styles too far ahead.

Marksman 1600 HSO

The Marksman 1600HSO is a high-speed, wrap-style packaging system for cans.  

Its innovative orientation feature provides improved pack aesthetics on-shelf or can be used to achieve UPC coverage without the need for additional paperboard to achieve it. 

It has the flexibility to orient beverage cans of different diameters, sizes, and heights.  

PaperSeal Pressed Tray

PaperSeal Pressed is a pressed paperboard tray capable of achieving a secure hermetic seal for modified atmosphere packaging applications.  

Designed for high-volume, price-sensitive applications such as pork, minced meat, and poultry, the cost-efficient production process makes PaperSeal Pressed a highly accessible alternative to plastic trays for brands and retailers looking to reduce their reliance on plastic.

This technical breakthrough sees a pressed paperboard tray combined with a high-barrier liner that is applied after tray forming, effectively addressing the well-known challenge of micro-leakage on pressed trays and delivering a shelf-life equivalent to plastic trays. 

KraftMax Uncoated Unbleached Paperboard

KraftMax is a multi-ply, uncoated unbleached paperboard (also known as uncoated unbleached kraft or UUK) that is versatile, strong, and consistent, with a uniform surface and an attractive, natural brown appearance.

Available in multiple calipers, it is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including food and foodservice packaging, as well as a range of household and industrial applications.

EnviroClip Cans is a clip-style multipack solution for canned beverages that uses the least amount of material compared to other multipack formats as an alternative to plastic rings and shrink film. Our unique, patented clip uses Z-Flute, a solid fiber design that adds strategic reinforcement where needed to deliver a strong clip that performs in both cold and humid conditions.

EnviroClip Cans works for standard 12 oz. and 16 oz. cans in 4-, 6- and 8-pack configurations. It can be applied at high speed via an individual clip application on the AutoClip ECR1800 or directly in a tray through SplitClip application on the AutoClip SplitClip.����

AutoClip EDH25

The AutoClip EDH25 is a standalone, flexible, intermittent motion machine designed for picking and placing the EnviroClip Duo-Handle clip onto glass and plastic jars and bottles at the front end of a production line.

It has multiple magazine lanes that are perpendicular or in-line with flow to provide higher output. It applies clips at speeds of up to 25 cycles per minute, per lane.

AutoClip EBB1200

AutoClip EBB1200 is designed to apply EnviroClip Beam, our glue-free, minimal material clip to a full range of round and square PET bottles with neck rings.

The orientation module allows PET bottles to retain orientation for higher impact on the retail shelf, or for operational purposes, such as the requirement for a barcode cover.

Speeds of up to 230 packs per minute can be achieved, providing 4-, 6-, and 8- pack formats, with tool-free changeovers that are quick, simple, and repeatable.
